Generally, Items will be shipped out within 2 hours after your purchasing and payment is clear. When we shipped the dresses, we will update the tracking number. So anyone who needs the tracking number, please go to your account on coniefoxdress.com and you will find tracking information in the order details.

Shipping methods

we can only use EMS for P.O. box address. Buyers can choose express company and we will ship dresses due to buyers' choice. But for some reason, we may not ship the same express company as buyers choose. This is not a mistakes. For example: a buyer choose DHL to ship, but we finally ship dresses by EMS. Becasue maybe the buyer's address is a remote place which is decided by DHL. If you want to check whether your address is a remote place or not, please check DHL web page: http://remoteareas.dhl.com/jsp/first.jsp.

Shipping cost

Some buyers are concern to the shipping cost. But it is really hard to answer such a question. Because different countries, different express and different dress style will have a different shipping cost. So we can only list some data of shipping cost:

1. To USA via UPS: one dress is about $27-33USD

2. To Europe via DHL: one dress is about $27-33USD

3. To New zealand or Australia via EMS: one dress is about $22-26USD

4. To Thailand, Indonesia, Malaysia and singapore via EMS: one dress is about $19-$23USD

5. To japan or korea via EMS: one dress is about $18-$21USD
